Hey Guys, I've got a new sample which I ordered a couple weeks ago. Today I'm going to be reviewing Nicki Minaj's Minajesty perfume, which will be released later on this year.
Nicki Minaj has two perfumes out so far, and I think the price will range from £20-£30. I have to admit I hate celebrity Perfumes, to me it seems like just another way of making money without caring about the actual product. The sample I ordered came in a bright pink package which was a bit Barbie like. Sometimes pink can be tacky, but i guess its just Nicki Minaj’s colour.
When I
first sprayed it, I got a big punch of sweetness. For me it was a bit too much
and really sickening. The type that would make you feel sick in a long car ride.
My sister, a big Britney Spears perfume lover, is always warned not to wear any
of her perfumes before we go on a trip. It might just be me, but I hate wearing
fruity perfumes, I’m more a mature flower type of girl.
After
the perfume settles in, you can smell candy floss, which I guess is the theme (...duh).
-Typical Barbie scent. On the positive side, it’s an Eau De Parfum, so you know
it’s going to last a long time. I actually tested it before going on my usually
chaotic Sunday shopping trip with the great British weather. I sprayed a little
on my sleeve, and I was quite glad that it lasted the rain and madness after
2-3 hours.
If you like sweet smelling perfumes, (like
Britney’s Fantasy) this is the perfume for you! It’s very sweet and girly.
